In that instance, the Save Rate is a true bargain, often at 50% or more off of the GDS rate that the hotel offers. On the other hand, the hotel might offer seasonal specials or lower its GDS rate to increase bookings. In that case, the Save Rates might actually be higher since the rates go to the end of the year-long contract. Once we are made aware that a hotel is offering lower rates, our team contacts the hotel and re-negotiates the contract. There will be times that you will find that BesTravelSecret.com’s does not have the best rates – as is the case with any online travel supplier; however, given our 110% Best Rate Guarantee, the customer will be compensated if they bring the difference to our attention.
